Paris Tūrangawaewae - A Place To Stand - (Lesson 1)

Today I Learnt about TurangaWaewae. To be honest I feel like Whakatane is my Turangawaewae because of the original landscapes and its naturality. Its landscapes capture the point of how we were before and how we changed along the years of construction and designing. I'm grateful for being able to see how New Zealand still respects our landscapes because of how Maori's used to live and How we are able to keep out Turangawaewae apart of us.
