Food Technology - T1W10 - Chinese Fried Chicken

Last Week For Technology We Made Chinese Fried Chicken.
We used, seasoning, Soy Sauce and other amazing ingredients.
We Cooked the Chicken at 18 fahrenheit.
We cooked it for a good 15 minutes until it was golden brown/kind of Burnt.
It was fun making it but we did get splashing oil on us.
Then after that we got to eat it, Me and Kalo eat it with Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce it was amazing.
