- Who:Africa,America,Pakistan & Afghanistan
- Where: Overseas, near the North Pacific Ocean,the North Atlantic Ocean & the Indian Ocean.
- When 2016
- Why: because they have trouble communicating and cooperating with each other and there self. & because they need to take more care for their country.
