Tech Reflection - Wood Works - WonderFul Wood :) T2W7

WALT: write a short but understandable and depth reflection about technology today.

Today i was focusing on my design and see if it will work. Mr Grundy said it would work perfectly so i settled into sawing my wood into pieces i need to make my design.

My design was a Old Wooden Piano that holds your jewelry plus it's a cute decoration for your house.
We were given 320cm wood to work with I only needed 260cm of wood to do the piano.

i had to outline it a few times, it was hard because my hand kept shaking while i tried to line in the lines so i could see where i should cut into the wood. it took a good 5 - 8 minutes trying my best to cut into it and cut it off nicely. it was good enough so i had to do the joint in the left over wood. 200cm wood left and only needed 140 so i had to line in the lines so i could cut it.

It was challenging for me to use a saw to cut it since i never have used one. but i tried my best and i did pretty good. I'm hoping to finish it and hoping that i could take it home.

Last Day of Technology 2016 - MetalWorks,Food Group,Graphic Designs

Today was the last day of technology, Throughout the whole year I have enjoyed technology with class mates and friends. It was such a amazing and fantastic Experience from my first year of technology.

Next Year I would be a year 8 student with lots of experience at Tamaki College Technology Groups.
My best highlights for Technology would be Food Group, because making different foods/salads is amazing.inspirational and such a good way to tech kids my age to know about the different tools used in the kitchen, how to clean up after yourself,keeping safe around shape and dangerous kitchen tools & learn how to bake and cook different meals.
Our Food Group teacher was very strict but very good teacher to help us along the way.

I Really Enjoyed it at Technology This Year.

Technology Day Lesson 3

Today for technology i did Graphic Designs if was fun i did to bunnys one is evil and on is not.
i did this because this looks really indepth and  i made this to see what it will look like. i learnt lots of cool thing on tinkercad and it can help you see different ways to make things for example my evil and good bunnie. Please try this out for yourself its really cool to use.

Technology Today.

today was the 2nd Lesson of technology.
My groups was Graphic Design
today we have to design a piece of jewelry or Something that they like i drew a Maori & Samoan Dress, a Poi,a Rugby Ball,Basket Ball and a Soft ball bat with basic balls.

I finished mine and now my teacher miss Ferguson is copying it onto her computer and Printer.

I love Graphic Designs.

First Time doing Technology at Tamaki College

Today was the start of technology at Tamaki Collage It was fun i was in group 2 for the year 7's.
My group did 3D text & Drawings. I had lots of fun drawing shapes in different sizes.
Did you know that we use to have 10 mouths instead of 12 because when the Russians can to England they gave them 2 more mouth. those 2 more mouths are July & August before September was 7 and October was 8  October means 8 and September means 7.
